“Fonia” contains study areas, like a very well stocked library situated in entertaining and hi-tech areas. “Fonia” also has several gardens to relax in and to meet others inside the community.

How often do we neglect physical activity because we don’t have time? Well inside “Fonia” there is also a gym and a Spa, to ensure its inhabitants can also look after their physical wellbeing. However, “Fonia” is not a community that is closed to the city, because there are also areas where it opens up to the outside, like the bar and restaurant, and the cinema which can also be used to organise conferences.
