The author says about the project:
Today in our frenetic consumer society that ignores the weaker brackets, sharing is a fundamental value for those who feel cut off and alone, like the elderly. |
| |
Ever Green is a new alternative where the elderly can take all their personal experience to serve the community in a pleasant environment surrounded by parkland.
There are private spaces (flats measuring 55 sq.m.) and public spaces (dining hall, Spa, gym, etc.) and spaces open to the public (lounge, hobby room, library, etc.).
It is fundamental to create a place where the elderly are protagonists, both in the design and the management of the spaces, but above all a place where they have the possibility of serving others.
The architectural style highlights the use of primary colours and false ceilings that give movement to the interiors using ecofriendly materials and systems.
